Do You Accept Exchanges?

No, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order.

  2. Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Policy Details

  • Refunds include the full price of the returned item, excluding initial shipping charges.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

Order Cancellation:
